2010 President
Jim Anderson
Jim Anderson is the founder and owner of Fuller Land & Development, LLC. Fuller specializes in real estate development, investment, and brokerage throughout the Research Triangle, NC region. Prior to forming Fuller, Jim was Vice President and Director of Triangle Operations for Crosland, Inc. Other real estate & construction experience includes being Development Manager for Duke Realty Corporation and Project Manager at the John R. McAdams Company. He also served five years as an active duty Army officer.
Jim is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Colorado (MBA). He is a licensed Professional Engineer, General Contractor, and Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.

2010 1st Vice President
Donny Berini
Donny is part of a third generation to build Durham as a part of Joe F. Berini Construction Co., Inc. He spent a few years after graduation from East Carolina University's Construction Management Department working in commercial construction.

Michele Myers
Michele is president of M-Squared Builders & Designers. Her specialty for the last decade has been building green and healthy air quality homes. She was the first chair of the HBADOC Green Building Council and, later, the first chair of the NCHBA Green Building Council.

Faye Libby
Faye is Operations and Sales Manager for Hunter Oil & Propane of Sanford and has customers in all three of the counties covered by our HBA. She is in the second year of service as Associates Vice President.
