Second Annual Green Home Tour!
Following on the success of our first green home tour in the spring of 2006, we're aiming to make the event even bigger and better in 2007. With a 50% increase in entries, longer hours, and a kickoff event to add to the excitement, the Second Annual Green Home Tour on May 19 and 20 should be a fantastic event. Join us on the tour, and you'll see that green homes can fit a broad spectrum of aesthetic tastes and retain their curb appeal while still being more energy efficient, healthier, and environmentally responsible.
The enhancements we've made to the tour in 2007 were made possible by the support of our sponsors listed in the sidebar and also the national Green Building Initiative. Click here to find out how our local program fits into the national effort to implement the Green Building Guidelines.
Click here for a list of builders and home addresses included in the 2007 tour. Tour books will be available the week of the tour at Stock Building Supply, Whole Foods, Weaver Street Market, the HBADOC office, and the Kickoff Event.
