The Home Builders Associations (HBAs) of Durham, Orange & Chatham (DOC) Counties and Raleigh-Wake (RW) County present the 2024 Triangle Parade of Homes on September 28-29, October 4-6, and October 11-13 from Noon – 5:00 PM. Known as the Triangle’s Largest Open House, this self-guided tour showcases new home construction with innovative designs, products, and technology. A variety of homes will be on Parade, meeting the needs of home buyers in assorted price ranges, from budget-conscious shoppers to those looking for a grand estate.
Sponsored by Builders FirstSource and Chatham Park, this no-ticket-needed event is free of charge and offers prospective buyers the opportunity to tour new homes in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Visitors tour Parade homes of their choice at their leisure during the above designated event dates; at each Parade home, books are available providing price and floor plan information, maps, and directions to all participating homes.

Sold & Occupied Home Deadline: July 1: $1,700 per entry*
*(Sold & Occupied entries are not required to be open during Parade weekends BUT eligible for judging. They may be listed as "unavailable for viewing OR "by appointment only")
Final Deadline: July 15, 2024: $2,650 per entry
Birthday House Deadline: July 15, 2024: $1,500 per entry**
**A birthday house is a home that was entered in the previous years Parade of Homes event. It may be judged IF it did not win Gold in the previous year.
Coming Soon Entry Deadline: July 15, 2024: $600 per entry***
***The Coming Soon section is perfect for a house or community that will not be ready by the Parade dates. A Coming Soon Entry includes a 1/4 page ad with details and one photo.
